Healing Movement to Music for Parkinson’s ®:
Inspired by Mark Morris Company’s Dance for PD® and created for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and neuromuscular disorders. Program is based in classical and contemporary dance and includes artistry, balance, rhythm, flexibility, strength and stability. The classes also enhance self-confidence, socialization, connection and joy of movement. Learn more about Dance for PD®.

Movement for Balance, Rhythm and Core:
This class focuses on body awareness, conditioning the core and balance by learning how to move the body in a healthy way in order to strengthen, avoid injury, and reinforce proper movement principles. The class uses a diverse selection of music and integrates rhythm and sequencing fusing mind and body while exercising. Expressive movement enhances agility, fluidity and musicality.

Movement to Music for Memory:
Music, both familiar and new, has beneficial effects on the human brain. New music creates new neuropathways in the brain, and familiar music accesses long term memory. The combination plus creative movement forms an enjoyable, expressive and uplifting gentle exercise class.

Moving to Heal®: A Nia Technique: Therapeutic dance and movement can heal the body and the soul. This modified version of Nia integrates beautiful movement from dance arts, healing arts and martial arts to improve physical awareness and emotional health.

Stott Pilates®: An exercise methodology that incorporates modern exercise principles, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement to build core strength, enhance mobility, reduce postural problems and balance strength and flexibility.
