In its 11th year, GirlPower!™ Has been guiding girls to find their uniquevoices through creative movement, discussion, journaling, art and nature. This year, mothers and daughter are invited to learn about each other through activities designed to build confidence, self-advocacy and self-care. Girls and moms will find new ways to connect to each other and find community with other mothers and daughters. The GirlPower!™ Experience provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment to explore, relax and renew.
GirlPower! Be Who You Are™ Custom Individual and Group Sessions
These GirlPower!™ sessions are designed for after school and weekends, to mentor and guide girls with healthy mind-body activities including expressive movement, journaling, discussion, art and life skills in order to empower and instill self-confidence.

*GirlPower™: A Positive Growth Experience for Girls Coming of Age, ages 10 to 14, Summer day program.
GirlPower! empowers tweens and teens with the ability to make healthy choices and the self- knowledge to build their confidence and overall sense of wellbeing. I have designed programming that introduces strong women role models and parenting experts that will enhance the mission of GirlPower!, and provides girls and their parents the opportunity to positively reinforce these skills to benefit them throughout the year and in everyday life. *GirlPower™, Empowering Girls by Exploring the Wild: A 3 Day Hut Trek to Zealand Falls, Wilderness 101 for 10 to 14 year olds. A wilderness program that includes gentle hiking in the White Mountains, learning outdoor and survival skills, as well as self-care activities such as yoga, journaling, discussion, art, and relaxation techniques. Experience enhances self-confidence through physical challenges that stress teamwork and independence. Read more here...
*Youth Nia® A dance cardio fitness class that also teaches body awareness and joy of movement. Nia integrates dance arts, healing arts and martial arts for a holistic body workout. Learn about Nia® at www.nianow.com.
*Yoga and Pilates for middle school and high school students is designed to strengthen, condition, relax and restore growing bodies. The program has been offered for several years at area middle and high schools.
