Pilates is a low-impact exercise with high-impact results. Through a series of breathing and core-strengthening movements, Pilates improves posture, lengthens torso, aligns spine and improves mobility, flexibility and balance. By adding light weights and resistance, Pilates can strengthen bones and muscles, reduce back pain and improve overall body health.
