GirlPower! Be Who You Are
2019-2020 Empowerment Workshops for Girls 11 - 14 years old.

Girls are invited to come together for fun, connection and self-care. The will build friendships and enjoy activities such as movement and dance, journaling, art, circle discussions and role playing.

Cost: $70.00, includes healthy dinner
Location: Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind & Body, Concord, MA

Workshop I, Friday, November 8, 4 - 7 p.m.
Workshop II, Friday, January 31, 4 - 7 p.m.

GirlPower! Be Who You Are
2019-2020 Empowerment Workshops for
Moms & Daughters 8 -12 years old

Mothers and daughters are invited to learn about each other through activities designed to build confidence, self-advocacy and self-care. Girls and moms will find new ways to connect to each other and find community with other mothers and daughters.

Cost per workshop: $110.00
Location: Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind & Body, Concord, MA

Workshop I: Saturday, November 2, 1 - 5 p.m.
Workshop II: Saturday, February 8, 1 - 5 p.m.
Workshop III: Saturday, April 4, 1 - 5 p.m.
